Dr. Walaa Abu Al-Hajjaj - Consultant Clinical Nutritionist - recommends providing corn flakes as a quick and nutritious meal for your child, as it is one of the children's favourite meals and can be eaten instead of chips and candy vendor products that cause many harms to health.

Here's how to make cornflakes in an easy and healthy way to prepare and serve it to your child.

* Ingredients

1 cup of corn flakes

1 cup of milk

1 cup chopped strawberries

2 tablespoons of white honey

* How to prepare

Place the cornflakes in a bowl, add strawberries and raspberries to it, and mix well.

Add honey to it, and stir again.

Place in bowls and serve with warm milk.
