  •  Three tablespoons of powdered milk. Two peaches. 
  • Two bananas.
  •  Half a cup of sugar.
  •  Three glasses of cold water.
  •  Ice cubes to taste. 

How to prepare: 

  1. Peel the avocado, manga, orange and bananas and cut into small pieces.
  2.  Cut the grapes, peaches and strawberries in half.
  3.  Put all the fruits in an electric blender, add sugar, powdered milk, cold water and ice cubes. Mix the ingredients together at medium speed, then drain the juice from the impurities.

  •  Two oranges.
  •  Two carrots.
  •  Sugar to taste.
  •  Iced water.

 How to prepare: 

  1. Cut the carrots and boil them.

  3.  Drain the resulting mixture, then reposition it in a blender, add carrots, sugar, and re-mix the ingredients.
