Quick and delicious recipes
There are many dishes that can be prepared at home, including what takes a long time to prepare, including those that are fast prepared such as salads, soups, sandwiches, and some types of appetisers, and quick-prepared recipes are considered favourites for many, especially for those whose daily program is crowded with many tasks, and in this article we will mention three quick-prepared and delicious recipes.
Zucchini with oil
ingredients:
- Finely chopped onion.
- Four zucchini, cut into small cubes.
- 1/4 cup olive oil.
- 1 teaspoon dried mint.
- Salt and black pepper to taste.
Preparation method:
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, and grease the onions.
- Add a pinch of salt and allow the onions to wilt.
- Add the zucchini cubes, a second pinch of salt, then cover the pan and simmer.
- Add the dried mint and black pepper as the zucchini matures, and stir again.
Omelettes
ingredients:
- Three eggs.
- A tomato, cut into small cubes.
- Onion, cut into small cubes.
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley.
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander. Five leaves of mint. 1 teaspoon butter.
- Salt and black pepper.
How to prepare:
- Mix in a deep bowl all the ingredients well mentioned except butter.
- Place the butter in a non-stick pan, then pour the omelette mixture into it, and leave to brown from the underside.
- Turn the omelettes on the other side until browned on the other side.
- Put the omelettes in a serving dish.
Mashed potatoes
ingredients:
- Five peeled potatoes.
- Half a cup of low-fat milk.
- A pinch of salt. A pinch of black pepper. Water for boiling.
How to prepare:
- Immerse the potatoes with enough water, then boil over medium heat until cooked.
- Mash the potatoes using a fork. Add to the potato mash: milk, black pepper and salt.
- Stir well, then pour the potatoes into the serving dish.
