How to make healthy juices for kids

 The methods of preparing juices vary, as they are prepared and presented in different forms to children, in order to attract their attention, such as serving them in cups in different and colourful forms, and it should be noted that mothers seek to provide juices rich in nutrients important to the safety and health of the body, such as vitamins, minerals, proteins, fibre, etc., whose presence in juice varies depending on the ingredients used in their preparation, where they can be prepared from fruits, or vegetables.  Banana cocktail with milk and fruit

 ingredients:

  •  Six bananas. 
  • 2 sliced manga.
  •  Litres of liquid milk.
  •  Six tablespoons of honey. 

How to prepare:

  1.  Peel the bananas, mix with manga slices, add honey, milk, to the electric mixer, and mix well.
  2.  Pour the cocktail into cups and add the ice pieces.

Boiled peach juice

 ingredients:

  •  Kilograms of peaches.
  • 1/4 cup sugar.
  •  Two cups of water.

 How to prepare:

  1.  Remove the peach seeds, then put them in boiling water on the fire and leave for 10 minutes.
  2.  Drain well, mix in an electric blender and add the sugar well, then refrigerate until cooled.

Strawberry and watermelon smooth

 ingredients: 

  • 2 cups red watermelon cut.
  •  2 cups frozen strawberries.
  •  A cup of vanilla yogurt, or a glass of regular yogurt.
  •  Half a tablespoon of lemon juice. 
  • Half a teaspoon of strawberry jam. 

How to prepare:

  1.  Put the ingredients in an electric blender, and mix until the frozen strawberries grind well.
  2.  Pour the juice into cups and garnish with strawberries.

Milkshake Chocolate

 ingredients:

  •  Twelve pieces of broken Oreo biscuits.
  •  Half a cup of liquid milk.
  •  Four tablespoons each: vanilla ice cream, liquid chocolate.

 How to prepare:

  1.  Put the milk, biscuits, ice cream and chocolate in the electric mixer until well mixed, then put them in cups, and decorate them with cream.

Banana juice with local cocoa

 ingredients:

  •  Five bananas.
  •  Four tablespoons of local cocoa.
  •  Sugar, as desired.
  •  A glass of crushed ice.
  •  A little water to facilitate the mixing process. 

How to prepare:

  1.  Put the ingredients in an electric blender, mixing them well.
