How to cook canned beans in simple steps

 Beans are one of the most popular legumes that many people, especially the American people, want and serve as a basic dish on Thanksgiving, and are worth mentioning that they contain multiple nutritional values: they are rich in protein, folic acid, complex carbohydrates, iron and fibre. Since beans are seasonal plants, they can be obtained at all times, by preserving them, storing them in more ways than one of the most important ways to preserve them is canning, in order to keep them for as long as possible, the way canned beans are cooked differs from green beans, and they contain lyictin.


Mexican beans


  •  A glass of canned white beans and tomatoes.
  •  A glass of boiled red beans. A glass of boiled corn.
  •  Four hundred and fifty grams of minced meat.
  •  A glass and a half of peeled and chopped tomatoes. A grain of chopped onions. 2 tablespoons green chilli peppers. Taco spices. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
  •  1 tablespoon brown sugar.
  •  A little black pepper. A little salt. A little cayenne pepper.
  •  Grated cheese to serve.
  •  A glass of water.

How to prepare

  1.  Put the oil in a pot on the fire.
  2.  Add the chopped onions and leave until they wither. Add the minced meat and stir until it changes colour.
  3.  Add two types of beans to the meat. Stir for 2 minutes.
  4.  Add the corn, chopped tomatoes, and chopped green pepper, with constant stirring. Add flavourings, hard peppers, taco spices to the ingredients, then add sugar, and water.
  5.  Put the salt, black pepper, and leave the pot on fire until boiling.
  6.  Put the grated cheese.

Canned beans with sausages


  •  400 grams of canned beans after washing with water and drained. Ten fingers of frozen sausages cut into rings.
  •  2 small chopped tomatoes. A grain of onion, chopped. Two cloves of mashed garlic. 1 tablespoon tomato paste.
  •  Chicken broth cube.
  •  Half a glass of oil.
  •  Half a tablespoon of cumin.
  •  A little cinnamon. A little red chilli.
  •  A pinch of salt. A glass of water.

How to prepare

  1.  Put the oil in a pot on the fire.
  2.  Add the onions, stir until they change colour, and become yellow.
  3.  Add garlic and sausages, and stir well. Add chopped tomatoes, then tomato paste, chicken broth cube, and flavourings. Leave the ingredients on fire for five minutes. Add canned beans and a glass of water. Leave the pot on fire for ten minutes.
