1- In a large bowl, mix 2 tbsp olive oil with 2/1

425°F for 23-25 minutes or until tender.
2- In the same bowl, mix the remaining oil.

The potatoes become golden.
4- Serve grilled chicken with potatoes and grilled asparagus as a meal
