Transparent noodles with minced meat in pictures

  •     Cooking time: 20 minutes

• 100 grams of transparent noodles (glass - cellophane) • 1 tbsp oil • 1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger • 1 tbsp hot sauce • 100 g minced chicken or minced beef • 2 cups chicken stock • 1/2 teaspoon sugar • 1 teaspoon soy sauce • 2 tsp light soy sauce • 1/4 cup chopped spring onions

Preparation method:

1- Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat and then
Place the chopped ginger and stir for a minute then add the hot sauce and cook for a period

2- Add minced beef (or minced chicken meat)
