Recipe for meat stew and sausages

  •     Cooking time: 140 minutes
  •     Recipe Type: Easy.



• 2 tbsp olive oil • 1/2 kg sausage (hot sausage)

• 1 kg diced beef 

• Salt and black pepper

• 1/2 cup flour

• 1 chopped yellow onion

• 6 garlic cloverleaves

• 2/1 3 cups meat broth 

• 1 can tomato sauce

• 2 carrots cut into large pieces 

• 1/2 kilos potatoes cut into large pieces 

• 1/2 kg mushroom sized

• 6 branches of thyme 

• 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Preparation method:

1- Get rid of the outer shell of the sausage and then heat it up.
1 tablespoon olive oil in a large bowl over medium heat tends to rise and stir
