Grilled shrimp with vegetables

  •     Cooking time: 30 minutes
  •     Recipe type: Very easy


For amounts:

• 1 2/1 1 zucchini, medium size • 1 sweet red pepper, large size • 1 onion, large size • 3 tbsp olive oil • salt and pepper • 2/1 1 lb peeled jumbo shrimp • 2-3 cloves minced garlic • 2/1 teaspoon paprika • 2/1 tablespoon parsley • 2/1 tbsp chopped coriander • 2/1 tbsp chopped lemon juice • 2/1 tbsp

Preparation method:

Preheat oven to 475 degrees F and then place a tray
