Belgian mushroom soup recipe

Ingredients:

• 5 large white mushrooms sliced • 170 g potatoes peeled and diced • 1 clove minced garlic • 3 cups chicken or vegetable broth • 1 fresh thyme branch • 1 tbsp butter • 4 tbsp cooking cream • Salt and black pepper • nutmeg skin

Preparation method:
